· The House Judiciary Committee passed HF2531, which requires divorcing parties to participate in mediation to develop parenting plans.
· HF795, a bill that initiates procedures for Minnesota to enter into a child support enforcement agreement with Bermuda, passed the Senate Judiciary Committee and moved to the floor. The bill passed the House last session.
· The House Civil Law Committee passed and referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee HF1135, a bill that requires divorce education for couples with children.
