MN Governor Dayton Declines to Sign Joint Custody Bill

Governor Dayton did not sign the MN joint custody bill yesterday. The bill would have created a presumption of 35% parenting time share for parents of minor children. Dayton indicated that experts should provide more information on how this bill would impact parents and children before it would be considered.
